12.5 pounds of match light charcoal. Your favorite rub. This convection smoker delivers tasty moist, and tender smoked meat.
I am on my second Orion. The first one lasted twenty or so years. Years of fat drippings caused the base to separate. The addition of the o greasy catcher will make this one last longer.
