Order Processing Times

Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. EST) are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours.

We do not process orders on Saturday and Sundays. All orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

 

Order Shipment:

Orion Cooker will process the order and send an email with tracking information within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order.

 

Standard shipping for orders UNDER $50.00. 

$5.95 charge for all U.S. orders under $50.00 (48 contiguous states). 

FREE standard shipping for orders OVER $50.00. 

*Free shipping offer valid for orders shipping within the 48 contiguous states.

Standard Ground U.S. Shipping (5-7 business days)

U.S. orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Most packages arrive within 2-7 business days. (not a guaranteed service)

 

Alaska & Hawaii Shipping

A small surcharge may apply on  purchases shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
