Brisket first cook. Better than average even with grate in burner collapse

Had a good first cook on a brisket despite grate collapse in burner unit. Everything else worked great. Solid build otherwise.

Correction!!!

This is an apology note to this company!! I previously submitted a negative review after thinking my cooker was not sent. When I finally was able to connect with their Customer Service person they were OUTSTANDING in helping sort out what went wrong and help immediately resolve the issue.
