I have used this 3 times now. It is as advertised, Load,Light and Eat. Never any burnt meats from flare ups. A few smoke chips goes a long way, so I am using less smoking chips per cook. I have cooked a ham, ribs, chicken, sausages and venison. They were all good. I did use Apple and tried some Pineapple juice in the drip pan and the meats came out moist and tender. Cleanup is fairly easy - after the coals burn up. I did use a remote meat thermometer on the ham and it worked well. The only modification I did was used a harbor freight dolly (modified) and attached it to the legs (used cotter pins thru bolts attached to dolly to be able to remove cooker from dolly for cleaning)so I could pull it around in and out of barn after use.
