The Orion Cooker Casters are ONLY COMPATIBLE WITH THE ORIGINAL ORION COOKER. DO NOT MOVE COOKER WHEN LIT.
I have called 3 times and emailed once and have yet to hear back from this company. I did not see when I ordered these casters that they were not compatible with my Orion 3 cooker. I am wondering why the order was filled since the company had just days earlier sent me my Orion 3 cooker. Maybe some coordination from the seller's side would have prevented the purchase and now the need to send them back. Another thought is why they don't offer casters for the other cookers. In closing, the cooker is GREAT but not so much the company response.
I happy that I got wheels on my smoker now it’s much easier to get around too bad did not know about them when I first purchased smoker

I sent Orion a question on line back in December 2025. I wanted to know if the caster set was compatible with the 3.0 smoker. I never received a reply.I took a chance and purchased them. I had to do some modification to make them fit. You guys need to be responsive to potential customer question about your products.

Please check text. We refunded the order and showed a screen shot showing the casters do not fit the the 3.0.

Don't get me wrong, I still love spending the whole day and half a night smoking some meat. But what if you want some great smoked meat this afternoon and it's 1 or 2 pm? Orion Cooker it is! Seriously, I love my Orion cookers. That's right I have three! One original, one original large and the 3.0.

This is the best smoker i have ever owned!
I had been searching for a smoker for months. Orion only popped up within the last few days of my search and I found the concept intriguing. I have only had it for two weeks and smoked a chicken and ribs. Both were delicious. I stuck to the cooking times in the manual that comes with the cooker, and found both on the verge of being overcooked. Nonetheless, moist, juicy, just enough Smokey, and the entire process is a breeze. I’ll experiment more but after even only two dishes I am confident this smoker will become a regular in my rotation. A solid 5 stars for how sturdy and beautiful the device is, and for how well it cooks/smokes the meats.
Easy to assemble and easy to use following the timing directions. My suggestion for anyone new is to start with very little wood chips to start as I messed up and used too much on my first cook.
